Shipping & Returns

We deliver across Pakistan via courier. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

A flat shipping fee applies to every order, shown at checkout — orders above our free-shipping threshold ship free automatically.

You'll receive updates on your order status as it moves through Processing → Shipped → Delivered. You can check your order status anytime from your account's order history.

If something isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
